This 30m² studio apartment is located on the second floor of a well-maintained 17th century walk-up building. The street's entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and it opens onto a paved interior courtyard, which leads to an old-fashioned staircase.
The entrance door opens onto the living / sleeping room. On the left hand side there is an open kitchen and straight ahead is the bedroom area. The bathroom is accessible through the bedroom.
The apartment has a northwest exposure. The floor has typical Parisian old-fashioned tiles (tommette) and there are ceiling beams.
The living room has a window that overlooks the courtyard. It is furnished in an antique style with a desk, chair, a wooden dining table, a bench, two armchairs, a coffee table and a double bed. There are built-in shelves that hold a flat screen cable TV with its DVD player. There is also a decorative fireplace.
